Box Lacrosse

 There are 2 different types of lacrosse field and box but I will be sharing box lacrosse. 

Box lacrosse and field are completely different. In box lacrosse you play on a smaller field and have less people on the field at a time you are allowed 5 players and a goalie if you don't have a penalty to kill. 

The buffalo bandits are the team that won the champion ship in 2023 there most recent champion ship win. In this sport you get a stick, a helmet, gloves, and elbow pads. It is a high intensity sport where you hit people and try to score in the net. The net is small so the goalie takes up mostly all of the net.

The goal is to score as many goals as you can and the team with the most by the end of the fourth quarter wins.
